"It's always great to call just to check in with Tracy, Davis or whomever answers the phone. Everyone remember my voice. It's like having an extended family in Minnesota especially when I'm on the ocean. I really appreciate the this particular office does a great job following up with either a text, phone call or an email when I'm out of reach on a ship.
